Everything a studio needs

Ready-to-use studio website

Home, gallery, category pages, and price packages look neat on phones and computers. Pick a template, change the logo, done.

Online booking and deposits

Clients choose a package, date, and bank account, then upload their transfer proof. You verify it from the admin.

Invoices, receipts, and payment slips

Payment documents are generated automatically with your studio’s name and logo, including deposit and settlement history.

Client photo selection

Share a photo selection link from Google Drive. Clients choose within the quota per purpose, such as 16R, 10R, or 5R prints, or invitation edits.

Automatic print-ready folders

Clients’ selected photos are copied into subfolders by group (16R, 10R, 5R, Invitation Edit) inside the order folder, so editors and print shops can simply pick them up. Every order also gets Selected Photos, Edited Results, and Print Files folders.

Team, separate data, and backups

Give each member permissions that fit their role. Every studio has its own database, with daily backups and a downloadable backup history.

Your own domain is not included

You can buy a domain through Studio Photoku and hand its management over to us, so it is fully taken care of and you do not need to buy and manage it yourself. You can also use a domain you already own, and we will connect it for you. Domain costs are discussed separately.

Frequently asked questions

Will my studio’s data be mixed with other studios?

No. Every studio has its own database, and so do its accounts, orders, and photo uploads.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. A studio can use the default address or its own domain, such as yourstudio.com. A domain is not included in the plans: you can buy it through us and hand its management over to Studio Photoku (fully taken care of), or use a domain you already own, which we connect for you.

Can I change the look later?

Anytime from the Site Appearance menu in the admin: choose a template, upload a logo, favicon, and the image shown when your link is shared.

How much does it cost?

The Regular plan is IDR 350,000 per month, including guided onboarding until your studio is ready. Special needs go through the Custom plan, from IDR 600,000 per month. Paying yearly saves more: Regular IDR 3,500,000 per year, Custom from IDR 6,000,000 per year.
